cold air intake vs mod chip

I have just purchased an 04 corolla and would like to know a) which modification would give me more bang for my buck? which company make sthe best cold air intake and which make sthe best mod chip?

What other mods do you have? My choice would be the intake then the chip.

I have not made any mods to this point just trying to figure which way to go. Can you recomend a company that makes the cold air intake?

Just get a pod filter like K&N and run some ducting from a low part of your front bar. Then get a full exhaust. Then maube chip.
