Passlock system ?malfunction
Passlock system malfunctioning...dashboard security light comes on alot and engine will not start sometimes, owners manual says to wait 10 mins and then start engine.
Any ideas how to fix this problem without a large dealer repair bill?

You will need to have to DTCs pulled from the PCM and the BCM to determine what componant is at fault.
I have seen a few of Passlock sensor failures causing what you are describing.
