All Gallardo owners please read this

I own a e-gear gallardo and have encountered a serious problem. As I was turning into a gas station I angled the car to go up a slight incline and heard a loud metallic snap or crack sound. The flange or holder for the rear swaybar cracked off the frame. My dealer in Chicago area has ordered the new aluminum pieces from England to attach to the frame and sent the car out to a special shop that can weld aluminum. Now the car is done but I am waiting for a newly designed sway bar from Italy. The car has been up some inclines, but nothing really crazy. The Lamborghini people told me there is only one other incident like this so far. But they really need to address this with a recall or something. If anybody would like more details about this please e-mail me. Also I have experienced the e-gear problems when the car is cold. It dies and hesitates, but I felt it was a combination of the engine and the transmission. On moday I am going to go and take some digital pics of the underside of the car if anybody would like to see them.
