Need more Info on this code

I am receiving a periodic check engine light from my car, and I have read the codes and this is the code I am getting.

214 - Cylinder Identification Circuit Failure

Can anyone tell me more about what this code means and what the possible problems may be with the car.

could possibly be a bad camshaft position sensor.
