???fuel pump

[RAHBABY]

i have aproblem starting my 91 park avenue. when i turn the key it begins to crank,as i give it some gas it continues to rev(the car does shake a lot though) but once i take my foot off the gas it just dies!! COULD IT BE A BAD FUEL PUMP?
It just starting doing that this morning i drove it last night and it was perfectly fine, also i am hearing a ticking noise coming from the floor panel under the passengers seat. i opened the panel and there a bunch of big and liitle fuses and one of the big black fuses is shaking and making noise. ANY IDEAS??
