B16 turbo
I have a question for all of you. If I put a turbo on my B16 engine, will I need to upgrade the computer or will it be able to handle the boost. What kind of fuel pressure regulator will be good for the application. Where can I find it too. THanks a lot

Hondata is the best value ecu component when running boost. The s200 unit will allow you to tune everything that needs to be tuned and can register up to 11lbs of boost with a stock map sensor. It starts off at $295, unlike the AEM EMS which is nearly $1,500. You should look into buying new injectors and a Fuel Pressure Regulator. I don't know what brand of regulator is best, perhaps start by searching. You'll need at least 440cc injectors to be safe though.

Re: B16 turbo
While Hondata is THE BEST EMS, it really depends on 1) how much you want to spend, 2) how much you want to boost, and 3) how much time and skill are going into tuning it.
You can get away with a FMU, at low boost up to 5ish psi, I would go VAFC, or Emanage for mid 5-9 ish, and anything over 9psi Hondata. But you can run so many different combinations of turbo size/wastegate EMS that there is no real clear cut answer to the question, only educated opinions.
