A newb Question, sorry :s

OK guys, Im gettin a 90 crx si soon and I want to know if its possible to fit a teg type-r engine under my hood, Money is not a problem I just want to know if its possible. If its not, what is the biggest engine I can put in that car?

With enough money, you can put anything in. H22 requires hella work, and suspension upgrade. Any other b series requires new mounts. Yea the 98+ fits...

where are you located at? the whole swap is around 5 g's. probably can get the swap done for around $6000.

Well I live in Québec, Canada. I have to get my b18c shiped from USA and for the instalation I just need to know how many hours it takes to do (How many hours for a mechanic).

you can put a damn viper motor in there with enough money.

as far as the mechanic is concerned, id give em at least 2-3days of steady work to get it done.

isnt that the s2000 motor? the f20c i mean. if it is what youre talking about its not worth it (to me anyways). tons of money, tons of work, and definately not worth it. you would have to convert to rear wheel drive.

um not neccesaraly. You can use a front wheel drive transmission from a accord or prelude. There was a topic on this about 3 or 4 months ago. They put it into a 5th gen. Search for s2000 engine in a crx./
