01 rear ss bumper with center mounted exhaust cut outs in the bumper skirting

me and my brother just got done putting a 2001 rear ss bumper
on my 00 super sport. its the one with the rear ground effect
and center mounted exhaust. we also put on the (Borla) exhaust,
it was like corvette exhaust with the mufflers on each side and
the 2 odd long tips in the center. and we put the 01 rear spoiler
on as well. from the back, the car is sharp.i just had the bumper
and spoiler painted to match the rest of the car, you cant tell the difference, so thats not an issue.but the problem is from
the side you can tell that the rear skirting drops a little lower in
the rear than on the sides, is that the way it should look, or should i go get a ground fx kit for the rest of the car to blend it in? any suggestions?
but as for the borla exhaust, it sounds awsome!

Does the skirt wrap all the way around the rear bumper?

Here's a link to a 02 SS on ebay that has the loud mouth exhaust this might help.

Re: 01 rear ss bumper with center mounted exhaust cut outs in the bumper skirting

the only problem is the body shop said not
to wash or wax the car for 2 weeks....
wonder if a california duster would hurt?
i was thinking about putting some under glo
lights under my ss blue or purple with silver paint?

yea they always tell you that, they have to tell you that, but i kno most people put wax right on the next day, i would wait the 2 weeks.... and the underglow lights break easily and the good ones are expensive

i found a set of blue ones at advance auto parts
they are $125 my car really doesnt get

No he tried putting some thing on it and
it caused the car to smoke. i think it was
a mass flo end tip or something like that,
it was 2 years ago. no i raced him last
week-end and we ran side by side. 310-320 hp.
