Thumbs up Looking for used parts???

I found a used part place that has Fiero parts only and is super cheap. I just bought an engine cradle complete with lower control arms for 100 bucks. This place has a multitude of LKQ parts for all year Fieros. If you want the web site E Mail me at [email protected]

No this one is not a porn sight unless you get excited over the fact that there are som 80/110 Fiero's here for parts LOL I happen to see the sight the other day and I am going there on Monday.

http://www.kickhill.com/fiero.html Good history of the place too. Will write later when I get back from there. Factory seats for $100. isn't to shabby.

Bob Parker rocks. We seem to be at his place in Lebanon CT about once a month I think

Just picked up another Fiero from him a few weeks ago too
You will LOVE it there. He has a HUGE 3 story barn just filled to the rafters with tons of Fiero parts from over 500 parted out Fieros over the years.
For those of you that don't have the ability to drive over to his Fiero "candy store" some time you can call him at (860) 642-4362

Re: Looking for used parts???

At Indy-1's advice I called Bob on a shifter selector cable for my 86. I paid $40 for a used one that worked like new instead of blowing $250 on an actual new one from a Pontiac dealer. I described to him over the phone what it looked like and how it attached and he knew just what I needed, while the dealership asked me if it was the "selector" or the "detent" cable but could not tell me which was which.

I also priced a pair of the optional seats with speakers in the headrests, perfect condition with original factory cloth for $200!!!! You could hardly get a rat-chewed rotted out set for that on ebay....

Re: Looking for used parts???

Keep in mind that Bob is very busy at times, being that he is one of the biggest Fiero parts vendors on the planet, so if you try and call him and can't get thru right away just keep trying. Sometimes you can get right thru on the second ring and sometimes it takes a few calls throughout the day to finally get him on the phone
You will not find a nicer guy though or more knowledgeable on most if not all things Fiero as he has seen it all, taken it all apart and repaired it all.
We have purchased so much stuff from Bob (having now 19 running Fieros will cause you to need a lot of Fiero parts, trust me) that if we had to try and write down even a fraction of the parts and help he has provided us over the years would be near impossible.

Steve..
I spoke to Bob on Friday and told him I would be there on Monday to pick up the parts. He seems like a good knowledgeable person and it looks like I'll be a customer of his for some time to come. I have already started planning on a return trip to get more parts sometime in the near future. Thanks for the info on him and his place. Rick

If you don't mind, please let him know that I helped (even if in a small way) in getting the word out about him

Steve,
I did mention that I had spoken to people that pointed me in his direction. I was there today and was impressed at the amount of parts he has there in his "Barn". I was rummaging around on the 2nd floor looking for seat cushions for the bottom drivers seats. Good quality stuff at bargain prices. Next time I'll take a flashlight to be able to see in there. Those drop lights hanging down just didn't do the job.
My wife came with me and was more impressed with the animals, I think she was intimidated by the geese tho !!!! LOL
Picked up a quality engine cradle and lower control arms. My cradle was bad from the battery acid leaking on it over the years. Going to do a swap this Saturday. Stay tuned for more .............lol Rick

Re: Looking for used parts???

I rebuilt half my 85 GT after a drunk driver creamed it while it was parked. Got all the parts from Kickhill. That place is GREAT!
