Re: Good sleeper

yeah, none of those cars are really sleepers. the cobra has the big hood scoop and loud exhaust, the magnum has a big long hood so you know there must be something under there. the cts-v can kind of be a sleeper.....kind of.

Re: Good sleeper

A better sleeper would be a Honda Civic with no external modifications, but only "under the hood" performance mods, like turboes, and stuff like that.

Re: Good sleeper

Well, no a sleeper is a Civic plastered in stupid stickers, wings, fart can, Type R badges etc...

BUT with any underhood mods of your choice that'll make it an 11 second car. Mustang owner pulls up, thinks- "Just another ricer" .......Yeah right

Funny, cause Discovery Channel had a special where the put $10,000 under the hood of a Civic and it still did the 1/8 mile slower than my stock 1992 Mustang GT.

Anyway, I would say the Cadillac, the other two wouldn't be very good at being "sleepers."

Oh, it had some huge hp number like 350 in a 2400 pound car, was still slow as dirt though, oh well for her.

If I remember correctly, the Taurus SHO was the one with the 3.0L Japanese V6 in it right? Pretty nice car, but don't know much on it's performance specs, so can't really comment on it.
