H23 Vtec Head Swap

okay i tried asking a few people this question before but i really didn't get any good responses. I want to make an H23 (Si model) prelude into the vtec. I would swap the vtec head onto the block. I just want to know, is the H23 bottom end going to be as strong as the H22 bottom end. I know they are the same block but are the internals weaker. There is a 9.8 compression on the Si vs 10.0 on the vtec. Like one guy said that the sleves on the H23 wont be able to handle it, but the sleeves are the same on both blocks. He also said that i would have to put new pistons in because of this but the new pistons will expand too far when they are heated and crack the sleeves. Is this true? I'm just trying to figure out if the new vtec head will cause any major problems to the bottom end. It just doesn't make sense to me. BTW, i would eventually like to put a turbo kit on the car, and money is not a factor.
