I need help from the SMART PEOPLE!!!

If I were to get a 92-95 Civic Si Vtec engine to put in my Crx, what would I need besides the ecu and motor??? Someone please help me out!!!

...you'd need the COMPLETE longblock w/ all sensors, etc....you'd need a 88-91 tranny, the driver's side mount off the 88-91 engine, 92-95 4 wire heated o2 sensor, and a either a harness adapter for the p28 ecu or a bunch of solder and 92-95 harness plugs and shit to rewire the interior harness for the newer ecu... hope that helps.

Question Si VTEC

Yea some of the motor mounts are in different locations so you would have to work around that and totally rewire the harness especially to be made for VTEC.

all of the mounts are fine providing that you use a 88-91 tranny. 3 of the 4 mounts are on the tranny....

So If i use my Si tranny from my Crx I wouldn't have to get different mounts??? I wouldn't even have to use some from the Civic??? Oh, and does anyone have a wiring diagram to wire VTEC??? THx

you would just need to pull the driver's side mount off of you a6 and bolt it to the z6...no big deal. here's some wiring help...too much for me http://www.geocities.com/kurtsi_on/page8.html
