I swapped door panels
I am sure this has been posted somewhere on this board but here it goes.. I swapped the door panels from a 92 Paseo to my 92 Tercel yesterday. If you have not done this yet here is how it went. The fit was very nice after some modification. First you have to trim about 3/8 of an inch from the bottom lip of plastic to get the little plastic push in things to actually press in (the whole bottom and a few inches up either side). I used a jig saw and to cut it and a small grinder to finish. Make sure you remove the gray plastic push in pins first so you don't cut those off!! You next have to remove those little white clips in the window channel so the panel will slide down all of the way down where you would lay your arm if you had the window down. You cannot use both bolts that screw into the door under the armrest part. The one closest to the door lock will not work and the one closest to the door handle on the inside will have to be moved a few inches back and up. All you have to do with that plastic insert is remove it and place it in the other square hole. Go ahead and remove the foam around the window crank hole on the inside of the panel, this will make it a whole lot easier to slide the clip around the window crank. There is already a hole drilled for where the little plastic push pin goes in the front topside of the door. It worked great and took about 15 minutes per door.
