turbo or supercharger on a lude

im tryin to find out if it would be better to turbo or supercharge my 1992 prelude si 4ws. which one would put out more HP/tourqe and which would be better on my h23 engine. anythoughts....

Superchargers are better off on motors with high displacement. Turbo's are always a better option on a 4 cylinder.
