I'm getting rid of the car because I just don't wanna spend anymore on it nor do I have the time to work on it. Work and my martial arts keeps me busy all the time. I built the motor, took it on its first pull (pretty hard pull) and let it sit. It has a rough idle which can be either the cam (which I think is what it most likely is) or it need a valve adjustment (easy to do). I've got lifetime warranty axles as well. Whether or not you can drive it home I can't determine since I haven't driven it around town. Should need some tweaking just like any other newly built motor.

If you have questions or know anyone that wants it, let me know. The price is negotiable, I just have to get rid of it.

David

what are your guys thoughts?

Honestly I don't know, but hey I'll only be like 2 hours from the guy, I'll take it on your behalf

Seriously though, I've never shipped a car... My guess would be about $500 from what I've seen... or heard... but that's a guess.

Re: looking at some cars.

that could always be an option and i could meet some of the guys from g2ic. hmmmm. could be something fun for the summer. now how long of a drive would that be. but the problem is it needs tuned. and im not sure i would want to drive it that far untuned.

Re: looking at some cars.

i drove alone and i slept twice and i dint loose my way anywhere.. so i'm guessing it was like 26 hours of driving alone.. so if u go with 3 of ur friends or 2 .. u can cut down the sleeping time and be back here within 20 - 22 hours... plus u wont be bored especially in florida.. i loved the highway which had sea on both the sides .... sorry if i sound dumb .. i am an international student and this was my first time in florida

Re: looking at some cars.

i dont know what i would do but it could always be a possibility. i would have to see about it though cuz it is untuned and the last thing i wanna do is run it for a long time untuned.

Re: looking at some cars.

The main thing I think you guys are over lokking is that the motor has not been broken in, nor has it even had time for the rings to seat. Plus the way he said he drove it, did one pull then that was it is not a good sign, that should NEVER be the first thing you do to a newly built motor. So if he doesn't know how to break in a motor then he more than likely does not know how the build one correctly either.
