speed limiter?

anyone know where to take your car to get rid of the speed limiter
i know it can be adjusted on the stock ecm, but any gm dealerships won't do it, and i can't find a programer for my car, unless i want to buy a laptop or pda and the 1500$ program from gm

unless your car is doing a quater mile @ over 105 MPH why would u want it removed?

Sometimes races where i'm from are longer than a quarter mile

Legally, no shop would do that mod for you. They'd lose their license to do business if the authorities found out.
Just like they normally wouldn't remove a catalytic converter.

ive got the same problem thats why i been holding off some on my mods because nomatter what i do round 110 the revs just dump

unless youare raceing the car than you can just leave it on. it revs at like 108
