Question Who has the best shocks

i was looking a set of koni's for my 97 gt but was wondering if there is anything better. don't want anything painfully stiff, car does alot of touring. also what kind of hp diff is there between using just a k&n and the cold air kit.

Re: Who has the best shocks

To my understanding there are kits(koni) among others that have dampening settings. So you can get them and set them stiff for the strip and softer for the street. About the k&n, if you U do not use the CAI then what you get is better air flow to the TB but not noticeable hp gain, you would get intake noise gain. The use of the CAI is not necesarilly the cone is to get cooler air to the cyl to reduce knock and get more power. IS the same principle as using the intercooler(CAI is not as cool as the intercooler but is a start).

Re: Who has the best shocks

I just installed ST struts and ST lowering springs on my car and its not bouncy enough to annoy you while driving. It actually rides better and handles better than my old struts and the car is dropped 1.75" level all the way around. Very satisfied with these products (also I bought camber bolts off PFYC.com to starighten everything back out) Got Struts and springs off ebay for like 365.00 It think it came out to. FYI
