GT350 Widebody update...

I was told I had to keep all the progress to one thread, though I've already said that I cant because I can only upload a certain number of pictures at a time So here you go, same thread. HIEL AF!

oh god no I just put those on to be funny, I still havent found the right wheels for it yet I have a loong time though, the body still needs a butt load of work, then I need to build the chassis, motor, interior, etc, and I'm making it all very detailed.

Any opinions or ideas are very welcomed.

Thanks

Re: GT350 Widebody update...

Fun project. You should put all the pics in the same thread so we can see it start to finish.

Thanks, its not my style either, but most of my models arent, I just build whatever pops into my mind, because if I built only what I liked, they'd all be the same :-\

And yea, when Its done I will put a few pics of each "stage" so you can see it Pre-teardown to finish.

Thanks

Re: GT350 Widebody update...

I like it, in 1:1 i think it would look kick ass with some chrome cobra R rims. do they make those in scale?
I do agree that you should keep all pics in 1 post though, much easier to enjoy. The best way is with threads, 1 for progress and 1 for pics of the completed model. Of course that has a link to the progress thread

Keep up the progress, i almost forgot about this one. Mabye not so long for an update....lol

Looking good. I like it, I think, its a good project lets put it that way.

If you put the huge rims on there I hope something happens that horribly disfigures the model when you are taking pictures.

Yea I am only making multiple threads, because I use a free image uploading site, taht only lets me do 21 pics uploaded at a time, so I gotta delete the old ones to get the new ones up, but when its all done I'll post several pics in another post showing start-finish.

And no, the big rims are definatly not going on, they dont even fit in the wheel wells lol I'm saving the big rims for an SUV or something

Thanks though, I'll try to get the next update sooner, but all thats going on now is ALOT of sanding.

P.S. I mean, ALOTTTT of sanding

P.P.S......ALOT

Re: GT350 Widebody update...

Hi. The wide body looks cool.
May I suggest you fujimi Volk TE37 to use as wheels?
What color are you planning to paint the body?
Good luck.

Re: GT350 Widebody update...

Why'd you make a new thread for this? It still looks about the same, but i don't have good eyes anyway. Hurry and finish it!!

Where can I see/order the VOlk TE376's?

The body is going to be Tamiya Pearl White with a Tamiya Semi-Gloss blacked out hood.

And I'm trying to finish it, but between working 6 days a week, trying to finish school, and racing saturday night, I dont have a whole lot of time to work on it I'm trying to do more though, right now its just mostly lots of sanding
