Clearing DTC's

Is there an easier way to clear DTC's without leaving the driveway? For my particular problem the service manual says use a scan tool or complete 100 ignition cycles. I'm pretty sure my problem is electrical so there will be a lot of trial and errors, and I don't own a scanner. Thanks.

Re: Clearing DTC's

Disconntecting the battery for bout an 1hr should clear them, but if the problem is not fixed they will return.
