also how do i get my center counsel out?
and my driver window dosent go down should i look for a car with same color and get the door or not bother with it? thanks guys

I would say it's worth it to replace the TCC since it's only a 91 with 106K+ which is pretty low mileage for the year. My 88 has about 125K+ and i got my TCC replaced. It's gonna cost you around $250 to get it replaced.
What's wrong with the window? 2 or 4 door car, and I'm taking the assumption it has power windows. If it's power windows It probably needs a new motor. I would say its better to just replace the motor (if that's what's wrong) rather then the whole door, unless you door is in bad condition with major dents or hole from rust.
do you want the whole center consol removed? cuz it includes the radio/ hvac area also on these cars. Basically you have to pry out the faceplates, pull out the inserts of the consol, pull the radio and hvac, and then you should find all the bolts underneathe. Let me know if you need a more detailed description of what to look for.

Well for the TCC, it depends on how much your dad knows about cars. From what i have been understanding it's not that difficult to replace just you need a little know-how with this. Honestly i didn't dare try this myself.

For the window i would say take the door panel off and see if it's just the window is off the track or it could be something as simple as the handle isn't catching anymore. Since it has crank windows.... it's fairly easy to replace parts as well as it's cheaper.

hopefully this is some help to you,
