ajusting window alignment

my driver window appears to tilt forward when rolling it up (power windows) it leaves a gap enough for air to get around it. sometimes it is bad enough that if i dont watch it it will jump out of the track completely at the top and i will have a 1/4" gap between the top of the window and the car.

any suggestions?
