well since we seem to be on the subject of JBweld.....
i'd use a dremel with a small stone and run it down the bolt hole to clean it up. when you put the head on fill the hole almost completely with JBweld. clean off your head bolt with sandpaper, and put the head bolt in and torque it down and wipe off the excess, and let it set a couple days. if it's one of the long head bolts in the center of the head i dont think it hits a water jacket but i could be wrong. i dont think the crack is going to create a problem since theres no pressure on it. the main thing is just incase that bolt does hit a water jacket that no water comes through the crack.

Re: CRACK found in cylinder head intake runner
A mig welder in he right hands might be able to fix it..but doubtfull. I'd try the JBweld idea, if it works great, if not then your shit outa luck.

Try selling the crack to some crack heads.

take them to a professionl machine shop that does head work. They will be able to tell you if your heads are fixable and usually they can fix them as well.
JB weld is probabally not the best thing to use
