ATTN: Everyone in this forum *Important*

First off, I'd like to thank everyone who has contributed well thought out, researched, and new/interesting information. I really appreciate you helping out in a postive manner by submitting good wholesome posts..

for everyone else..

May I ask a few things of you before you ask about which intake to get, where to find exhausts on the internet, or if you can make your Civic a race car.

• PLEASE READ THE FAQ!!!!!!! it is there for a reason
• research things on your own - no need to ask questions about horsepower in a Civic when http://carpoint.msn.com or www.vtec.net can tell you easy
• please research any installation question on the web with Google or Yahoo, usually step-by-steps with pictures can be found easily
• Use the "Search" part of the forums to find answers to questions that have probably be already asked
• When you post.. try to do at least 2 or 3 sentences to make it worthwhile
• 95% of The Fast and Furious isn't real life, much less the terminology
• Research cars other than Honda, there is ALOT more out there than this

Become 100% car guy/girl, love them all, don't be Honduh fo lifee cuz day own j00, get out, meet people, talk to people, drive Mustangs, drive Kias, drive Pickups, appreciate all cars and don't be ignorant if someone has a different opinion than you or if they prove you wrong. It's a learning process for everyone. Learn all types of cars and motors, don't be afraid to say that you like the new Silverado, or Rio, or Mustang. Cuz at least you now have a background and can show everyone that you have at least tried all varieties. Are you gonna listen to someone who tells you to buy a Celica over a Civic because a) he's only driven a celica, or b) someone who has owned a Celica and a Civic. I dunno, but I'd choose B and if you were smart you would to.

Let's become well-rounded and think before we speak ok?

I'm sorry, but some of the posts lately could easily be answered by researching a tad bit. And researching will get you many more answers than asking a web board.

And if you think I'm being an asshole because I moderate a Honda board and I shouldn't give praise or recommend anything other than Honda, then tell me. If you have any other opinions tell me. Maybe I'm missing something.

I'd like to serve you better, but if everyone wants to not take advantage of the things I'm providing for you guys then fine, I just won't put any effort into the boards at all. Just give me opinions

I agree with everything you said. I am still pretty new at this myself and i have tried not to ask stupid questions. Sorry if i have had them. Anyway, i have looked at many sites and researched before every question i post. The Honda FAQ was also VERY helpful! So before all you honda drivers make a bad name for everyone else, research your car!

Hehe, thats classic! Well said man, the whole post is dead on. Hopefully you helped to point a few people in the right direction, remember, some of the people asking dumb questions just might not know where to start. It is kind of inevitable (the lame questions), but as long as you stay patient and keep doing the job you are doing with this forum, they'll find out where to start and then they can really appreciate this forum.
