Question Exhaust question

In my 96 dx hach the cat is located on the side of the engine. Will a ex style exhaust that has the cat under the car bolt up to my hach? Im planning on doing a mini me head swap so will I need to move my cat back?

Thanks
Nate

hey i would put this in your guest book on your cardomain site but i forgot my password. anyways, dude you need to take that civic type r badge off your car..thats dumb. you drive a dx! if you don't want people to know its a dx just pull the dx badge off. the rest of the exterior is nice, the kit will look good once painted. keep it clean(er) !

not tryin to sound like too much of an ass bro

Re: Exhaust question

haha... we had a similar topic a while back about that too... it was already taken off when i changed the tailights cause the cars gonna be painted soon.. so all the ebmlems are off so there are no identifying marks on it..including all the civic logos

i used regular glossy spray paint from the auto parts store... but what i did first was sand the parts down first... then i used a polymer paint primer.. or something like that which helps the paint stick to the plastics so you dont have any bubbling

Re: Exhaust question

as for the cat on the hatch... its possible it could work...i never had experience with hatch so i wouldnt know.. but if you had an 01 or higher i would say yes... putiin in an ex headers and exhaust system would move the cat to the bottom.. but you gotta relocate the o2 sensor
