Question Help with outside mirrors

Is the glass removable from the outside mirrors? My mirrors are power, heated, with turn signals. Long story, but I need to switch glass from one housing to another. Any ideas? THANKS

Re: Help with outside mirrors

Hey there Chief 295. I changed out both of my mirrior glass' to install the signal mirriors. Just tilt down the glass and firmly pull out glass at the top with your fingers, ( no tools) and it will pop off of the motor assembly. Line up the support and press firmly to reinstall. Hope this helps.

Re: Help with outside mirrors

Hi quadkon.
This is cool, I have the power, heated mirrors and would like to upgrade to the ones with the signal in them.
Where did you get yours, and how much will it cost?
Take care, Eggert
