I have a 2000 VR6 automatic jetta.
I have two question, if any one can help me i'll appreciate it.
1- I was woundering if I put regular gas instead of 92 and plus what is ahppening and is it harmful for the engine?.
2- my driver seat has memory but it doesn't work at all. what can I do and what is the problem.

well buddy, i have a 2000 vr6 also and thats all i use is regualr 87 octane.

there is no need to use any higher since it will not do a thing anyway. you only need high octane fuel in an engine that has higher then approx. 10:1 compression. the vr6 is no where near that! so even if you use 87 octane you will not even notice a power difference... yet alone engine ping.. so don't worry your car is not gonna ping or detonate if you use regular. people have to learn about fuel, just becuase it's higher octane, that doesn't mean you get more power... it's only if your engine is designed to utilize it.
