Talk about a guy w/ too too much time on his hands.
That is sweet, what can be said about such a project. Daaa----ang 15 yrs to build that model. Simply amazing. I think Kunta, FlyontheWall, P-Man, and all you other experts have a ways to go.  Maybe this guy will join the forum or write a how-to.
