hks air filter

Hi, hmm, I actually have a green twister CAI in my car, and it works good, but a friend of me is gonna buy and S14 and he would like to place a CAI but... we've seen on ebay the hks' ones

are really cheap, and... we dont know if they are as good as suppossed to be, mine is a cotton washable one that is fitted on an aluminium box wich is supposed to keep it cooler, on a test with a 206gt it was the one that gave better performance, but no hks or aem or injen in the test.

This hks worth the money?? and... how much km's would least? they are washable? I have to wash mines every 7000km and I've been using it ofr 3 years and still perfect!, thx in advance
