BAD noise when turning. need help!

I drive a 93 civic LX and its got a bad clacking or knocking noise when i make left or right turns. And it seems to be alot louder and worse when at faster speeds. (30 mhp+) I was thinking of just having it hauled in for a whole car inspection but i'm short on time and cash right now, and if someone could help me out and give me some guesses to what it could be and how to fix it and how much that would be great!

It could be your CV joints.

i had that on my 87 dx pain in the ass that sound
put ur finger by ur boot and check if there is mad greese coming out then you know its broke

Try turning off your AC when u make these turns and tell me if they stop and if they do, lemme know what orogress u make cuz i get the same problem...

if the AC was on that would be the timing belt making noise?? right??
