Well there are so many cars, it would be hard to say. Also lots of Honda owners around here have swapped engines and what not, can't really tell until you race them.

And if your talking about a NT, well you can forget about beating most cars, lol. My 97 RS has cold intake, headers, 2.5" catback, 8.5mm spark plug wires, NGK iridium spark plugs, grounding kit, short shifter (basic bolt ons) and I can barely keep up with stock LS Integras!

Re: spinoff from s2000 question

Last week I was at the fun drag races (any car can enter in specific time class) and a spyder with about the same mods was beat by a 2003 cavy and few others. Damn that hurt. lmao and still am

i'll put money on it that the Spyder was a non turbo... the new cavi's arent that slow...well for a cavi, low 16s compared to the high 16s, low 17s with a non turbo spyder cause its heavy as hell!

Re: spinoff from s2000 question

dude, i've seen a RS and GS go against Civics and tegs and i'd have to say that those are close races, but those were with good drivers. i think a gs-t would own any Civic and Teg..and probably a RSX Type-S as what i have seen with my eyes.

There's a fine line between too much wheel spin and bogging in a fwd. You don't want to do a burnout off the line, but you don't want to have to take forever to build boost and get your wheels spinning fast enough. I'm guessing Jake's 12.73 was some pretty damn good driving...he probably could improve a bit if he had 100 tries without anything breaking .
