Stock Turbo?

Alright....I don't drive a Z3 or Z4 but there is a guy at my school that boasts that his parents bought a Z3 and that they also got the Turbo package from the manufacturer. Is this true? I haven't been able to find a turbo package that BMW offers for the Z3. And if so, what kind of HP would the Z3 boast? Anyways thanks for all the help!

BMW has not install turbos nor superchargers in their cars for decades. Your friend is lying.
