flasing OD light ford trany

flasing overdrive light on 90 ford f350 , with hard shifting , and can not turn on od.it will not come on....any help ..thnx in advance

Buy a ford repair kit, includes 1 grenade. LOL. On the more serious side it sounds like your tranny is shot.
