2000 T&C Cabin Filter Replacement

Allegedly you can replace the cabin air filter for the interior on a 2000 Town & Country. Does anyone know if this is actually true, and how do you go about finding and replacing it?

I had a 2000 Suburban, and if I remember you had to remove the glove box and then remove the blower housing and replace the filter from there. I'm afraid the T&C may be something similar, but I wanted to check with some resident experts before I head off to the dealer.

supposedly it is just a door under the passenger side glove box somehwere , I believe the info might be in the owners manual .
