Definition of a Ricer/Rice burner

Now I consider myself a sorta rascist major persay. Seeing as how I have dealt with it most my life lol. And uh if Im not mistaken isnt rice burner or "ricer" a racial slur for asians? So I ask why is this word being thrown around so freely lately? And what the hell is classified as a "ricer car". Ide like to hear everyones opinion on this subject. I for one dont understand why people down and talk bad about someone elses car no matter how horrific or un sightly it is. Hell itleast these kids are actually working and putting there money towards something productive instead of drugs or other types of things.

the definition of a ricer is one who posts a thread asking what one is without searching first.

Taken from UrbanDictionary.com

1)A term that every person has a different view on and that nobody can agree on. The basics of the term stay the same, a vehicle that is all show and no go. Body kits, stickers, neon, spoilers, etc. People often wrongfully use the term when someone does have a body kit and exterior mods but does also have the power to back it up. You need to look under the hood to acurately call someone a ricer. Some say that any car with an excessive wing would be a ricer. Well then what about a 1970 Plymouth Superbird from the factory, the wing on that was about 3 feet tall, is the owner of that muscle car a "ricer" because of the wing? The answer is no. It is possible to have a body kit, wheels and have a non-ricer car, it must be done with good taste and not overdone with useless stickers.

2)One who slaps stickers, adds "body-kits", gets "altezza" tail lights, paint various/random parts with primer, gets a wing bigger than the trunk, and adds a fartcan exhaust or cuts off the exhaust to the catalytic converter to a car, mainly Asian cars such as a Honda, Acura, Mitsubishi, Toyota, etc. is considered a ricer.... Also people that add "under-glow" aka neon lights or any other pointless lighting that is not added to improve visibility but only for show. As well as a car that has a weedwacker sounding exhaust, a person who believes the more stickers the more horsepower, and a person who has no peformance modifications what-so-ever.. and painting engine parts or other misc items such as the interior is not a performance upgrade(s)....

3)Any vehicle whether its import, domestic, 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder, or even 8 cylinder that has been raped by excessive use of stickers, "shopping cart" rear spoilers, fart cannons, bmw "fish gills", useless hood scoops, and/or clear/Altezza tailights. The term has nothing to do with the amount of horsepower the vehicle has, but the amount of garbage the person puts on the exterior of the car.

Since nobody took you seriously, i went ahead and just answered it straight up so you wouldn't have to take anymore heat.

Have Fun. Don't Rice.

First you said you want people's own interpretation of rice, and now you're saying that what he copied and pasted from somewhere is what you're looking for. Make up your mind

Re: Definition of a Ricer/Rice burner

hey thanks for giving him the definition of a "ricer" signal, all u other guys if u have nothing better to say then don't say it, leave this thread alone and move on to the next thread until u see something which interest u. the thread starter didn't start this to be flame or to be humilated, it was a good question that can be very loose in its meaning but this defintion sums it up very well.

i do see your point kicker1 and yes it should be in OT; however, instead of degrading him, why don't u explain and guide him where to go. the new guys don't know too much about this place so it's up to the veteran af members to welcome and show them where and what to do.
