lug nuts/studs

so i just went and got some lug nuts from the dealership cuz noone else had any of the ones that i needed. i had one missing from each side on the front, and a shitty one on the back. the shitty one was when i had that broken stud and the shop put some wierd one on. $5.50 a piece, and i got three, plus i had to drive 30 miles to the dealership. so thats about 20 bucks i paid for em. anyway, i went to put one on the front, and it didnt go, so i took another one off and put the new ones on. they fit so it wasnt the wrong size. it turns out that the stud is stripped, and the other stud on the front is rusted to all hell cuz it hasnt had a lug on it for a while. so i replaced the wierd one that the shop put on. and i replaced some of the other wierd ones that didnt belong.

so now you know my whole story. ive decided that if i want all 4 lugs on the front, i need to replace the studs. but i dont want to go to the shop cuz they wanted 40 bucks last time. i dont have that kind of money to waist, so i want to do it myself. i know its just a knockout- tap in type thing, but im not sure on the specifics.

how exactly do i replace the studs?
