Need help with a TSB

23-004-03 and 23-041-02

2002 Grand Caravan power slide door erratic operation.

This thing only works when it wants and has rarely worked since we bought the van. Took it back to the dealer for some warranty worked and they replaced a relay, but it still doesnt work. I asked them about these two TSB #'s after we got the van back and their comment was "I'm not sure if we looked those up or not."

If you still have warranty take it back to the Dealer. Ask to talk to the tech working on the car to get the right story, not the service writer.
