Maryland People.. help me out!

I recently got my wheels w/tires stolen not too long ago. They were at my friends house and before I got to see them, they were stolen. He thinks it was his step brother that sold it to one of his friends. I had it shipped to my friends house because his address was on teh company paypal account that we were going to do a while ago but failed. I really want to go into his garage and steal his welder and stuff, because I know he did it, and so does his brother (my best friend). The Step bro claims he doesnt know anything about them being missing, and I cant do anything about that, other than steal anything of his. But tell me, how could someone walk into someone's garage thats closed and everything, and KNOW there are wheels there and steal them like that? Its impossible, therefore I think it was his step bro. If anyone owns a truck and wants to help me out one night and steal his welder, i'll tip ya some $$. As soon as the wheels were delivered to my friends house, he said "i am going to steal them and sell them to one of my friends for a few hundred $, and he doesnt live around here then you'd never know.."
then right afterwards he said he was joking. TOTALL BS!! Damn took me a long time to earn this money and all, there goes $700 on wheels and tires that I should have right now. So if anyone in maryland sees these http://community.webshots.com/photo/...37649632nwemJD
wheels on anything that has a 4 lug, tell me! Write down their license # or something! Help me out , I dont have a job right now, and wont have one for another 3 weeks, so im screwed, probably untill the end of the summer....
