how much are my car parts worth?
i totaled my '97 GS-R, and i'm lookin into parting out the car, but i have to know if it's worth it or not to buy back from insurance.
since i pretty much don't know jack, i need help from the experts to tell me how much i can sell my parts for. i have some ideas, but i need your feedback. -complete engine -$2500 (is this reasonable if i tell the person to take it out themself?) -transmission w/B&M short shifter - ?? (or should it go with the motor?) -AEM CAI - $110 -GReddy Evolution Catback - $375 (Dented muffler) -Tenzo R rear lower tie bar - ?? -H&R Sport springs - ?? -Bilstein shocks (if still okay) - ?? *or should i sell suspension together? -Stock GS-R front tower strut bar -Leather seats - i saw someone sellin them in my area for $700. reasonable? -Gauge cluster - ?? (like the engine, is it reasonable to have the person take it out themself?) -Hood (i'm pretty sure it's still okay) - ?? -Stock Rear Tail lights - ?? -fake ITR shift knob - $15 -Stock Leather shift knob - ?? -Stock Deck and Speakers - ?? if there's anything else you can think of that i can sell, feel free to add to the list. if it helps at all, i'm located in the CA Bay Area.
