keyless entry problem

I got a 2001 Ford expedition eddie bauer and when i lock the doors the alarm is armed but the problem is when i use the keypad to enter the ruck the alarm goes off before i can een finish the code i need it o stop and also when i unlock or lock the doors the horn chirps and i want that to stop as well PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

uh i dont think so it is all just stock as faras i know i just bought the thing so if you got any sugg. about keeping it in mint cond. tell me i need to know all the secrets but lets solve this problem first
