Car doesnt move after high psi blast?

I finally got the balls to press the HIGH BOOST button on my GSR which is 1 Bar ( 14.7 psi ). The car ran alot smoother at the higher boost than at low boost, no spittering and sputtering. The problem is that if I go through an couple gears at high boost when i let off the gas and drive like a responsible person, my car wont move at all, its just bogs and spits. All I have to do is turn the car off and then turn it back on again and it runs like a dream. Is this the result of the ECU going WTF and sending the car into kind of an limp mode?

Yeah it sounds like the ECU is going into limp mode. The reason for this is that the ECU will do that if it detects boost. You can do a S-AFC hack and run up to 11psi I think it is without the ecu seeing boost. But once you go past that the ECU goes into limp mode. You my friend need a GM 3bar map sensor and hondata.
