Shifting weird after new intake???

I just put a ported intake manifold on and 58mm TB with the moroso cold air i already have, after the install my car in Drive it is shifting early and shifting really hard into 2nd gear. I can shift it manually fine and it is a few tenths slower than before i think it is running really lean I need to find a way to richin it up a bit. I am planning on gettin a hypertech which should help a lil but i also think it might be my MAF or some other sensor. Any input would help guys...thanks.
