Whats the biggest Rim/wheel size that will fit on a 94 Z28?

What is the biggest rim/wheel size that will fit on a 94 Z28? I got a 94 Z28 and plan on gettin sum 18 inch rims. My dad says that 18s will not fit on it because it will rub the fenders. Is my dad right, or is he just trying to talk me out of getting the 18s to replace the stock 16s? Please help me out here somebody.

i think the 18s would fit, if the car isnt lowered, and more then likly your gonna have low profile tires, so yea im gonna say they would fit

Thanks alot, hope i dont waste my money for something that wont fit. hehe, But does anybody out there know the biggest size rim/wheel that will fit on the 93-97 models?

ya i have a 95(in my sig) and i am planning on getting a corvette 18" on front that is 9.5 wide, and 18" with 10.5 wide in rear... and trust me that fits, i seen 10.5 18" inchers fit ona camaro but 9.5 is widest it can fit in the front

sorry to say i dont like those one bit for me(sorry i think its a ricer rim). no offense, but you should get a little less of a "dragon" rim

you should get thoes ones that still spin after you stop.. i garentee that over 90% of the people that put them on their cars.. dont have a clue to how they work

also.. would corvette wheels/rims fit a 4th gen

Heck yea, id love to get those, but those cost a pretty penny. Dont happen to know any where to get spinner rims for a decent price do ya?

I dont have any idea bout the vette rims fittin on the 4th gen.

Well, aren't stock Vette Rims 17 in front, 18 in back... I've heard of people usin them, don't see Y they wouldn't fit.

Lets say I put the 18s on the camaro, will it affect the speedometer and will I be going faster than the speedometer is saying?

Yup, unless you have in reprogrammed, or unless you get low-pro tires so that the circumference of new tires is the same as that of the old.

Yes, Corvette rims will fit, C4 or C5. You may need the "Big Fuckin' Hammer" mod, in order to make sure there's no rubbing on the inner fender like I've heard some need. but they'll fit. I've got my eyes on Chrome Z06 rims, 18x9.5 in front and 18x10.5 in the rear, in my future...
