New 20" Spin-Tek Stunner spinners
I am selling a set of 20" Spin-Tek Stunner bolt-on spinners brand new in the boxes, never mounted. They come with the Spin-Tek mounting lug nuts and locking hardware new in the box also. are they just spinners or do they have a stationary spokes behind the spinning part?
