Gas Guage Fuel Sending Unit

Please register your fuel sending unit complaints with the NTHSA at the above site. There is hope for a recall if everyone submits a complaint. This is a serious safety issue. Those $600 repairs should not be on our shoulders. Please do your part to help, the problem is bigger than you know! Last edited by Melanie1854; 04-25-2004 at 02:09 AM.

Thanks for the link. I registered a complaint for the gauge problem as well as another complaint about the wiper motor stopping. I talked to
my local dealer about these 2 problems on my 1997 Blazer, and while he's quite aware of the problems, and there are service bulletins on them, GM won't offer any assistance money-wise.
