2002 4runner rear window,wiper defrost won't work

I bought this 4runner as a theft recovery. It only has 7200 miles on it. I had to replace the ignition switch, stereo harness, rear window. I don't have the stereo in it yet. I can't get the rear window, defrost or rear wiper to work. I checked the fuses and they are good. All my connection are good. There is one plug-in inside the rear deck that I can't find where it goes. Can anyone tell me why I am not getting power to the rear deck to make this stuff work? Thanks for any replies and help.

1rst cherck if your rear window is completly closed, if its closed. it must have a sensor that is not detecting thst the window is closed, if that´s not the problem. you should see an electrician too verify if electricity is getting to the rear of your truck. It´s easy to get electriciti to the rear of your truck, so dont worry, if you know a litle somethin it can be a doit your self proyect.

I finally found the problem. Found that when the vehicle was stolen, they removed the cover underneath the hatch panel. Well, in that metal cover is the relay. That is what the mystery plug-in plugs into. Everything is working now!!!
