stuck in 4WD LO

I have a 99 jimmy. earlier I was in 2wd then was movig a bit and screwed up and put it in 4wd lo without it in netral and I had it in gear. Now it wont come out of lo 4wd at all it is stuck there any help would be greatful thank you/

take it on a gravel road and try backing up a few times. are all your tires the same and the pressures the same? it doesn't take much to bind up 4wd, but backing up usually creates enough slack to get it out.
