Aftermarket turbo problems!!!

I am piecing together a turbo kit for my 1997 dodge neon sohc!! I need a way to raise fuel pressure under boost conditions so I purchased a cartech fuel management unit! I now realize that my vehicle does not have a fuel pressure regulator or any sort of fuel return rail. From what I understand this makes my fmu useless. If anyone has any ideas on how to get more fuel please give me a shout. I have purchased a walboro high volume fuel pump, but I am afraid the first time I run the turbo it will run lean and pop the motor. Any suggestion or ideas or places where I could find the answer would be greatly appreciated!!!
