new Z28 Owner

Just getting educated. What is the difference between the Z-28 and the Iroc year 1991. Also what kind of HP does the 91 5.0 Z28 have stock, and what kind of HP increase would I see with 3 inch H pipe exhaust dual ends?

There was no Iroc in 91 for starters. 225 stock for the Z. And as for the 3" H pipe, you would have to have true duals, not just the dual ends. You'd have to fab the set up, but you could probably see a 30hp increase if you did it right.

Re: new Z28 Owner

true duals on a third gen, unless your gonna jack it up or run 36in slicks on the butt end, is not worth the trouble, and if you plan on lowering the car, forget about it. a single 3in pipe will do ya just fine unless your gonna be runnin a 454cid small block with a supercharger. but yeah, no IROC for 91, sadley, damn dodge for takin over the sponsorship.
