Nasty front end clicking

Okay, I've got a Civic Si that I just put new tires on, all maintenance done, everything. Drove it about 200 miles, and now I've got a clicking coming from the driver's front wheel. Between 35-70 mph, it is LOUD!
Also, a clicking when taking off from the same wheel. I hope its not a tierod or u-joint, but it may be. The car has 80K. Any help is appreciated.

Matt
