Fuse Location

I have a 94' Suburban 1500 and the cigarette lighter went dead. [Used for cell phone purposes] looked at the fuses on the dash board and cannot find anything that looks like the fuse that runs the lighter. I have a Haynes manuel but it does not give me a clue where it is. The Suburan is a Silverado and has a 5.7 L powerplant. if this helps.
